I am a Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist, an Ayurvedic Health Counselor and a Creating a Life of Purpose–certified lifecoach, with more than 25 years of experience in the health and wellness field. For over two decades, I have supported individuals and professionals in cultivating vibrant health, inner clarity, and a life rooted in purpose and joy—drawing on ancient wisdom traditions alongside real-world application.
My work integrates personal well-being and meaningful life direction, supporting clients through transitions, growth, and refinement. Rooted in the Yoga Sūtras, meditation cultivates awareness, steadiness, and discernment. Through systematic practices, clients learn to quiet mental noise, regulate the nervous system, and access inner clarity. Meditation supports emotional balance, improved sleep, and the capacity to make aligned choices—both personally and professionally.
Ayurveda — Personalized Health & Vitality
Ayurveda, the 5,000-year-old Science of Life, offers a personalized framework for restoring balance and supporting the body’s innate intelligence. As an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, I guide clients in aligning daily routines, nutrition, seasonal rhythms, and self-care practices with their unique constitution and life stage—supporting digestion, energy, hormonal balance, and long-term vitality.
Yoga — Movement as Medicine
Yoga serves as the embodied expression of these wisdom traditions. Drawing from classical Hatha, Tantra, and Restorative Yoga, my approach emphasizes alignment, breath, and mindful movement to cultivate strength, resilience, and self-awareness. Yoga supports longevity while offering practical tools for integrating insight into daily life.
