New Moon • New Year • New Vision Retreat

January 18, 9:45 AM - 11:45 AM | CST

Live Via Zoom $40

The New Moon marks a powerful threshold—a quiet pause between what has been and what is ready to emerge. Meaningful change begins with deep inner listening—attuning to the wisdom revealed — until making time for reflection. This retreat offers space to turn inward and listen to your inner guide as you navigate your year ahead.

Together, we will shape this insight into a sankalpa—a clear, affirmative intention that arises when personal will aligns with a deeper current of truth.

Aligned with the first New Moon, this retreat supports clarity, vision, commitment, and sustainable action—so what you call in for 2026 can take root in your daily life.

The Four Puruṣārthas: A Yogic Framework for the Year Ahead

The Four Puruṣārthas, the classical yogic understanding of the aims of a meaningful human life, guide our exploration:

  • Dharma — Purpose
What is my deeper calling now? What feels important, and aligned?

  • Artha — Support
How do I wisely support this vision with my time and resources?

  • Kāma — Joy & Vitality
What nourishes your heartfelt engagement in my life?

  • Mokṣa — Freedom
What am I ready to release to live with inner freedom?

When these four aims are revealed, intention becomes a soul-aligned sankalpa that supports your highest good.

Vishoka Meditation: A Path to Inner Radiance

Vishoka Meditation is a time-tested practice that offers a clear, systematic pathway to lasting inner joy. Rooted in ancient yoga and tantra, it is both spiritually grounded and highly practical, guiding us beyond stress and suffering toward clarity, resilience, and radiant well-being.

This tradition has been refined and passed down through countless generations, drawing from the wisdom of the Yoga Sutra, Lotus Sutra, and Shiva Sutra, and carried forward by great luminaries including Buddha, Patanjali, and a long line of Siddha masters. Vishoka is more than a meditation technique—it is a living practice and a complete approach to inner freedom.

What You’ll Learn

In this 6-week series, you’ll be introduced step by step to the complete system of Vishoka Meditation, including:

  • Breath & Mind Integration: Learn to unite breath and mind to turn awareness inward.

  • Foundational Pranayama Practices: Build energy and focus through time-tested techniques.

  • Diaphragmatic Breathing & Systematic Relaxation: Establish calm and balance as the ground for meditation.

  • Meditation Posture Refinements: Discover adjustments for greater comfort and steadiness.

  • Living the Practice: Explore the yogic lifestyle that supports Vishoka Meditation as a way of life.

  • Wisdom Teachings: Connect to the rich tradition that sustains and illuminates this path.
